- A portion of the loan (up to a maximum of 45%) is forgivable and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

- Maximum $250,000 for businesses owned by Manitoba First Nations or groups.
- A minimum of a 40% commercial loan is required as part of the total financing of the business.
