Land Acknowledgement for Kanata (Canada)

We acknowledge that our work spans across multiple lands and territories, each with its own rich history and cultural significance. We honor the traditional custodians of these lands, including the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

We recognize the enduring connections that Indigenous Peoples have to these lands, waters, and communities.  We are committed to fostering respectful relationships and partnerships with Indigenous communities and learning from their knowledge and traditions.

As we work across these diverse territories, we strive to uphold the principles of equity, respect, and inclusion, and to contribute positively to the communities we engage with.
